New joint-venture company Oldrati Gomma Line
Oldrati Guarnizioni Industriali S.p.A, a recognized manufacturer in the production of rubber parts enters into a joint venture with our company from Serbia creating a new, independent joint-venture company in order to increase competitiveness in the European market and penetrate new markets. A new company under the name Oldrati Gomma Line d.o.o. will produce molded rubber products.
Oldrati Guarnizioni Industriali S.p.A, a recognized manufacturer in the production of rubber parts enters into a joint venture with our company from Serbia creating a new, independent joint-venture company in order to increase competitiveness in the European market and penetrate new markets. A new company under the name Oldrati Gomma Line d.o.o. will produce molded rubber products. The new Oldrati Gomma Line manufacturing facility is characterized by cutting-edge technology and a modernized fleet of injection presses as well as a department for the development of rubber injection tools. Oldrati Gomma Line will start production in January 2021. for clients from automotive sector and home appliances industry, with the aim of increasing capacity in the coming year and expanding the product range. The new production facility offers efficient production in accordance with international quality standards with an emphasis on environmental and energy efficiency. The new company will cover the market of the Europe and CIS countries.
